Appointment of Non-executive Director under Esquel Group

Esquel Group announced today the appointment of Mr. Geoff Yang as the new non-executive Director to the Board of Esquel Holdings Inc. (EHI), effective 1 April 2016. 

Mr. Yang is the founding partner and currently serves as the Managing Director of Redpoint Ventures, a U.S. venture capital firm investing in seed, early and growth-stage companies.  Mr. Yang has been in the venture capital industry since 1985 and was directly involved in the founding or early funding of numerous companies including Foundry, HomeAway, Juniper Networks, MySpace and Netflix. 

Before starting Redpoint, Mr. Yang was a general partner of Institutional Venture Partners and a marketing representative at IBM.  Mr. Yang holds a BSE in engineering from Princeton University and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
